SYMBOLS
Symbols are present in our everyday life and by paying attention and understanding these symbols, we can receive guidance and messages from the universe.
In the Ancient Symbol Energy Card deck, we have 50 of the most powerful and well-recognised symbols throughout time. They come from sacred geometry, ancient cultures, religion and philosophy, astronomy, and astrology, as well as a few powerful modern symbols.

SACRED GEOMETRY
Sacred geometry assigns symbolic and sacred meanings to certain geometric shapes and patterns. It is said to be the patterns that are used by the universal energy force that creates all things and unites all realities. Sacred geometry can be found in ancient architecture and art that are considered holy. The belief is that geometry, mathematical ratios, proportions, and harmonics can be found in all creations, including light, sound and nature (matter) and are the sacred language of the cosmos.
ASTRONOMY
The position of the stars and planets to Earth and their alignments has long been attributed to influencing energies in our lives.
The biggest influence comes from the nearest celestial bodies in our solar system. Our star, the Sun, influences major components of life on earth such as day and night and the seasons. The Moon orbits the Earth and is known to have an impact on physical elements such as tides, but it can also be known to affect our moods and emotions in its cycle. To a lesser extent, it is also believed that the eight other planets also have an impact on us and have certain qualities associated with them and where they appear in the sky.

ASTROLOGY
Where astronomy is the study of the universe, astrology is the study of how this affects people and events on Earth. In ancient times they were treated synonymously, however today in our science-based world, astrology is often rejected as a pseudo-science and often discredited of true merit. Astrology is mostly concerned with the star constellations of the zodiac. The zodiac signs are the 12 sectors of the ecliptic, the path of the sun, each comprising of 30° of the whole rotation, starting at the vernal equinox.
ANCIENT SYMBOLS
Prominent symbols from our ancient past still have relevance today and are often universally recognised. The history and original meanings of these signs are not always totally understood, but still have significance. In this deck we have included the most well-known symbols from ancient Egyptians, Chinese, The Vedas, Norse mythology, Aztec, Mayan and the cradle of civilisation in the Middle East.

CHAKRAS
According to ancient yogic philosophy, the chakras are energetic centres in the human body where subtle energy channels, known as nadis, meet. Seven major chakras are commonly identified and are said to run along the length of our spine, from the pelvic floor to the crown of the head.Â
Each of the seven chakras has its own vibration and different attributes assigned to them. Understanding more about these energy centres can inspire us to understand ourselves on a deeper, multi-dimensional level, and help us to heal past hurts.
